Get ready the pots within the night time and depart them to soak in a single day for a breakfast a great way to stick you complete all morning. jam-packed with fibre and protein, this recipe even accommodates an Earl Grey tea infusion to your caffeine boost – clever!

Makes two pots
1 Earl Grey tea bag
250ml semi-skimmed milk
50g complete chia seeds
25g porridge oats
four tbsp low-fat natural yoghurt
1 tsp combined seeds
1 Steep the tea bag in 50ml boiling water for 1 minute; put off the bag.
2 Position the milk, chia seeds, oats, raspberries (reserving a couple of for garnish) and tea in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Get ready Dinner gently for 2-Three minutes, stirring. Cool relatively.
Three Stir in 2 tbsp of the yoghurt, switch to two serving dishes and cool for 30 mins or longer.
four Maximum Good with the rest yoghurt and raspberries, and sprinkle over the combined seeds.
